Searching a register yourself can be a useful first step. TrademarkIQ offers research with a structured, plain-language report as a service. Whether you need it depends on the information you already have and the scope you want researched.

We deliver research data, not legal advice. If you need a legal opinion or want to file an opposition, an attorney is the right partner — we can introduce you to one.

No. The search provides information, not a registration guarantee or legal clearance. It relates to the agreed scope and the time of the search. Legal advice is the appropriate next step for assessing the results and deciding your filing strategy.

Quick provides a brief overview of identical and very close names. Standard gives a concise assessment of relevant similar marks, their goods, sources and open questions. Pro adds detailed individual analyses, evidence documentation and agreed additional checks. Every report is personally reviewed before delivery. The report is not a legal opinion.

AI supports collecting the research brief and presenting information. The research concerns official trademark registers. Payment does not itself create a completed report, and the report is not legal advice.

Results are a starting point for further review, not an automatic finding that use is prohibited or safe. If you need to make a legal decision, ask an attorney to assess them. You can reply directly to us with questions about understanding the report.

If we miss something significant, we redo the search at no charge. Just reply to the report email and tell us.

The assistant collects the mark, goods or services, research jurisdictions and contact email. Free orders need no billing details. For paid orders, enter billing and payment details directly on Stripe.

The delivery period shown on the website starts when the engagement is confirmed, not when you open the chat or submit an incomplete enquiry. The subject and scope of the search must first be established.

Yes. Use the contact section to choose an introductory meeting or write directly to info@trademarkiq.ai. An enquiry is non-binding and does not itself place a paid research order.

Please do not enter confidential information in the chat. Anthropic processes the conversation. Confirmed paid-order details are saved and forwarded as an order message after payment. Stripe processes billing and payment details. See the privacy notice.

The first eligible search covers one jurisdiction and one package free. Eligibility is checked automatically after email confirmation. Further searches and orders for multiple jurisdictions are paid. Regular package prices per research jurisdiction including German VAT: Quick €14.99, Standard €39.99, Pro €79.99. Stripe shows the binding final total based on your billing details. Where VAT lawfully does not apply, the amount payable is lower.

Compare the package features and sample reports. Then choose one package and tell the assistant your mark, goods or services and intended research jurisdictions.

The package price applies per research jurisdiction. Name the countries in the chat; we carry them into the summary. EUIPO counts as one jurisdiction. Multiple jurisdictions are paid.

Package selection, chatting and email confirmation do not place an order. Place an eligible first search directly on TrademarkIQ using “Place free order”. Confirm paid orders on Stripe. Only after completion is the order forwarded to our team.
